Great location, spacious and comfortable and clean, access to a washer, the kitchen and bathroom are amazing, the bed is so comfortable. Nothing to fault, we’d absolutely stay again.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica, vicino alla fermata della metro, a diversi supermercati, panetterie e posti per mangiare. Si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi La Cascade ed altri luoghi di interesse. È pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario, corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione e alle indicazioni fornite da Michael. L'host è sempre reattivo e risponde a qualsiasi necessità. Se dovessi tornare a Yerevan lo sceglierei di nuovo e sicuramente lo consiglio a chiunque voglia scoprire la città.

Very nice flat — clean and fully equipped, just like in the photos. Everything you might need is within walking distance: cafés, restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and more. The windows face the courtyard, so it's quiet inside. I’ll be happy to stay there again next time I’m in Yerevan!

One of the best places I stayed in Yerevan ( please take into consideration that was business trip. I was with no kids). Clean, in the centre, very comfortable bed and pillow.

I recently visited Armenia and stayed in this apartment. I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment is clean, cozy, and has all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent — shops, cafes, and public transport are nearby. The host was very welcoming and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The apartment is quiet and comfortable, it really felt like home. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to Armenia.

Geweldig appartement, in een leuke omgeving. Alles dicht in de buurt en ondanks dat het in een drukkere omgeving is is er in het appartement amper tot niks van te merken. Veel restaurants, supermarkten en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. De host was alert en vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader.
