This is a great place in the city with easy access to everywhere you’d want to go. It’s clean, bright, and has everything you could need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Michael's apartment is excellent! Great location with the big supermarkets <5 mins walk and local bakeries in the same building. All the local sights and fantastic restaurants are within the walking distance, too. Flat was extremely well-equipped, comfortable and clean. In particular, kitchen had all the necessities, the bed was very comfortable and there were loads of storage space! Great communication before and during the stay. Local recommendations and very clear check-in instructions were greatly appreciated. We will definitely come back!

Perfect stay for Yerevan. Great price, great location, easy to walk to most attractions. Host provided a check in guide that made finding the location very easy. Stay was straightforward and comfortable, amenities were in perfect condition. Definitely recommend.

It was in the center of the city, we could go by feet anywhere and all the fancy cafes were around us 5min. walk. It was brilliant, cleanest house with all the necessities, taxi was cheap because the house was very close to everything. 100% recommend

The host was talkative and so easy to get to him everytime we wanted. The studio was one of the comfiest we’ve been due to the bed. We had a wonderful sleep. The studio is perfectly located and everything was in that area, restaurants, city center, coffe shops. Great host!

The apartments were very comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The central location was a big advantage — there are many cafes, restaurants, shops, and beautiful places to walk within easy reach, as well as popular attractions nearby. The host was responsive and helpful, and there was a detailed instruction guide for check-in and staying in the apartment. Everything was excellent — I truly enjoyed my stay.

We had a wonderful stay and are truly happy with our choice. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. All necessary amenities were provided, and it really felt like a home away from home. The host was very kind, responsive, and professional. Communication was smooth, and any questions we had were answered quickly, which made the stay even more pleasant. Great apartment! We stayed here for 4 days with my wife during our vacation and really enjoyed it. The location is excellent — everything is within walking distance. The apartment has a fresh renovation, looks stylish and cozy, and the bed and mattress are very comfortable. Highly recommended, we would love to come back again.
