We had a wonderful stay and are truly happy with our choice. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city center, cafés, restaurants, and Yerevan’s main attractions. The apartment felt warm, quiet, and comfortable, perfect for a multi-day stay. All necessary amenities were provided, and it really felt like a home away from home. The host was very kind, responsive, and professional. Communication was smooth, and any questions we had were answered quickly, which made the stay even more pleasant. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Armenia, and if we return to Yerevan, we would happily stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great apartment! We stayed here for 4 days with my wife during our vacation and really enjoyed it. The location is excellent — everything is within walking distance. The apartment has a fresh renovation, looks stylish and cozy, and the bed and mattress are very comfortable. Highly recommended, we would love to come back again.

My stay in this apartment was very comfortable. Everything is close there's a market shops just a few steps from the building entrance, and a 15-minute walk will take you to the center of Republic Square, and the Opera House is a 5-minute walk away The host was incredibly friendly. I had lost the self-check-in instructions, the link wasn't working, and I didn't know what to do, and I arrived very late at night, but the host helped me and sent me step-by-step text messages explaining how to check in.

Opravdu pěkné ubytování v nejlepší lokalitě na procházky. Hostitel má vše dobrě zorganizované a odepisuje obratem. Jediné, co by mohlo být lepší, je tlak a teplota vody. Ale ubytování má tolik ++, že toto malé - to nemůže pokazit. Doporučuji!
